Creating this tasty and warming tea will make you feel so good in the winter days, I found it very energising in days like today where the weather is so cold and dark outside. I went for a walk and invited my friend to come in to try my new tea and she really liked it so, I would love you to try it and let me know how you feel.

Being a medical herbalist I love my herbal teas and using my knowledge to create them to suit certain elements such as the immune system. Prior to the winter season I have many ideas to what kind of teas would be appropriate to use and in this case I feel that this tea would be great if you need to raise your energy and support your immune system.

 

Ingredients:

Winter tea

¼ tsp Spirulina powder

1/8 tsp Shilajit powder

¼ Ashwaganda powder

½ cup Coconut milk

¼ cup hot water

 

Preparation:

Add all powders and coconut milk and mix together. Add the hot water and enjoy first thing in the morning.
